A collaboration between
Kingsland CE Academy and Bucknall Team Ministry
In the heart of Bucknall, Encounter Kingsland is a collaboration between Kingsland CE Academy and the Bucknall Team. Together, they provide the local community with opportunities to connect and thrive.
The Lighthouse Centre & Lantern Café
Make new friends, overcome challenges and learn new skills: the Lighthouse Centre, based in Kingsland CE Academy, is a community hub serving families across Bucknall.
With weekly workshops for parents and regular classes for younger children, the Centre is a fantastic resource for the whole community.
In the Lighthouse Centre, the Lantern Café is open daily, serving lunches, cakes and hot drinks. All proceeds from the café are used to support the children and families at the Lighthouse Centre.
